Terms for using the Duck Heroes website, the commercial license, and digital 3D model files when they are offered.
1. Acceptance
By using the Duck Heroes website, or by downloading a Duck Heroes file when downloads are offered, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms apply to visitors, readers, and anyone who later receives a license or a file.
2. What this site is
Duck Heroes designs collectible STL files: familiar characters and themes, reinterpreted as rubber ducks.
This website is the public storefront, the guide library, and the home of the license. It does not host a downloadable catalog today.
3. Catalog, membership, and billing
The public catalog is not open. Membership is not on sale. This site does not show a price, a download allowance, or a checkout.
When a paid license is offered, card handling will belong to the checkout provider in use at that time. Duck Heroes does not store payment card numbers on this website.
A paid license renews for the period you chose until you cancel. You may cancel before the next renewal. The commercial license explains what you can sell while it is active.
4. Intellectual property
Model files, photographs, text, graphics, and the Duck Heroes name and logo are owned by Duck Heroes, except for third-party names that appear only as the theme of a duck.
A license, when one is issued, is limited and non-exclusive. You do not own the files. The Commercial License Agreement is the full statement of selling rights.
5. Print results
A finished print depends on your machine, bed leveling, temperature, filament condition, slicer settings, nozzle, and technique.
Duck Heroes does not promise that every file will print successfully on every printer.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to break the law with this site or its files, redistribute digital model files, scrape or disrupt the site, or impersonate Duck Heroes or its designer.
7. Warranties and liability
The site and any files are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.
To the extent the law allows, Duck Heroes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or damage to a printer, that result from using the site or a file.
8. Disputes
These terms follow applicable commercial and copyright law. Before a formal dispute, both sides will try to resolve it in good faith.

A public contact email is not published yet. It will be added to this page before any catalog or membership opens.
