Refund and Cancellation Policy

Membership is not on sale, and the catalog is not open. This page states the rules that apply when a paid license exists. It is not a current offer and it does not list a price.

When a paid license is offered, it renews at the end of the period you chose unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payment is collected by the checkout provider, not stored as a card number on this website.

Commercial selling rights exist only while a commercial license is active, as described in the Commercial License Agreement.

Cancel anytime means no long contract, no cancellation fee, and no exit penalty.

After you cancel, access and commercial rights continue through the last day of the period you already paid.

You are not billed again for a later period.

Files you downloaded while the license was active remain yours for personal use.

Physical stock you already printed has the 30-day sell-through described in the commercial license.

Use the cancellation control on the platform where the license was purchased. There is no membership to cancel on this website today, because none is offered.

STL files are delivered digitally. Once files or download access for a billing period have been used, that period’s fee is generally not refundable, except where consumer law requires a refund.

We do not prorate a partly used period, and unused access from a past period is not refunded as cash.

If a paid license is live and you see a duplicate charge, a failed payment, or a charge you did not authorize, write within 14 days of the transaction. Exceptional requests are reviewed one by one with the checkout provider.
